Affiliation request

Affiliation with Padel Québec allows clubs to host tournaments on the Padel Québec circuit. It also grants a seat (and therefore a vote) at the association's general meetings.

After filling out this form you will receive a quote for the affiliation. The association charges an amount of $100 per court for the affiliation for a season.
